GENERAL TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Exhibition space reservations
Exhibiton space must be reserved by 18 June 2012 by telephone, e-mail or by filling out the registration form. Registration is possible after the expiration date subject to availability but an increased fee will be charged for some services.

General terms of partcipation of Jyväskylä Fair Ltd. will be sent to the exhibitors
with the exhibition contract.

Registration fee per company
350 € + VAT 23 %
The fee includes: exhibitor information sheets, service file, extranet service, data in the
exhibition catalogue, and visibility at the website of the event.

Site rental
111 € / m²
10 % surcharge for corner stands; not applicable to stands over 50 m²
Lowest stand rent € 666 VAT 23% will be added to the prices.

Site rental includes
- Customer cards 10 cards / m² however at least 200 cards.
Additional cards are available free of charge. On request, the inviter’s name/logo and stand
number can be printed on the customer cards.

- Identification cards
Standfitter cards, exhibitor cards

- Invitations to the customer get-together
Stand size:
	6–24 m2	25 invitations
	25–49 m2	50 invitations
	50–99 m2	75 invitations
	over 100 m2	100 invitations

Exhibition opening hours
Wednesday 10 October, 2012, 10 am - 5 pm
Thursday 11 October, 2012, 10 am - 5 pm
Friday 12 October, 2012, 10 am - 4 pm
